Reporting Database
The following files are for agencies interested in establishing a reporting database of CAS and/or Workflow information.
AGCRPT.PDF (PDF, .7 MB)
This document is the CAS Plus Agency Reporting Database Manual. It contains the layouts of all of the files that comprise the database. Used in conjunction with the Data Definition Language, this manual provides all of the information necessary for establishing a database of CAS and Workflow data.

This CAS glossary provides users with terms and concepts used when working with the state's Central Accounting System (CAS).
RDB.DDL
Download RDB.DDL as a self-extracting file (rbd_ddl.exe). The DDL (Data Definition Language) contains the scripts used by agency technical staff to create the agency reporting database. It contains all the CREATE TABLE statements for the tables listed in the Agency Reporting Database document. NOTE: This DDL was created for use by a DB2 database (minus the CREATE TABLESPACE statements). If you will be using a different database, you may need to modify the DDL since the syntax expected by your database may be slightly different.
