IACP Training Enrollment Procedures
All requests for training should be documented on the Request for IACP Training application form. Be sure to include the course number, date, and title of the training session.
Participants are not officially registered until they receive a confirmation notice.
The application form may be completed online, or downloaded (PDF, .1 MB) and faxed or mailed to:

Cancellations
Because there may be a waiting list for a class for which you have been registered, we request that you contact Dana Carr at 614-644-8823 within 24 hours of the scheduled class, in the event that you need to cancel.
(NOTE: Please call for cancellations only.)
Failure to notify OBM of a cancellation will result in the participant being dropped from future enrolled classes. Participants may reapply to classes dropped, but will not receive first priority.
