OBM’s Training Academy has a two-fold purpose: To provide conceptual and technical financials training statewide, and to design and deliver professional and organizational development courses to OBM staff. We use state of the art technologies and proven instructional design strategies to accomplish these goals. In addition, the Training Academy partners with other state agencies to design and develop quality training opportunities that leverage available state resources and reduce costs.
