Legislation requiring a Declaration of Material Assistance (DMA) and DMA pre-certification has been repealed, effective September 10, 2012. Persons and organizations conducting business with the State of Ohio are no longer required to file DMA documents. Pages relating to DMA have been removed from the Ohio Business Gateway website.
